Project of network of sites of antispam mail and dating

Free and non-commercial, easily installable.

For example, one site per town (for convenience as we will see but it is no obligation).
Each site is independant (at any hosting), with its own webmaster 
(who has practically no work to do but install the program somewhere in a few 
clicks - there already exists programs to install anything anywhere in a few clicks).

On each site, anyone is free to register and create an account (it is useless to register to 
different sites; if someone wants to register to 2 sites, this information should be 
registered as the follow-up from one to the other).
With each account, one can create up to 3 email addresses (for example) which do not look as related.

If a message is sent between 2 such sites, the email of the sender is known with certainty.

On each email there are several options on what kind of messages can arrive: all, 
only those from similar sites (identified), more precisely those trusted, those without complaint, 
those from or not from a given list of senders...  possibility to refer to an exterior list of authorised emails.
for example, a list of the mails withou complaints or trusted: trusts and complains are only 
recognized when from trusted authors, recursively.

All boxes seen by the same login-pass (numbers of new messages in each box appears).
With each message, appears its quality (from similar sites, trusted, complains).

The file.
Optionnal, for those searching for a partner.

- Form to fill with standard useful information and keywords.
The collection of all forms from the files of members of each site will be published as one file 
to be loaded by specialized search engines. With each published form is the URL of the 
main photo and to access the whole file and email.
- Complements that cannot be used as automatic selection criteria: other photos, text of the annonce...

Evaluation

put on someone defined by email or as author of an evaluation (click on the evaluation and the site knows the author).

Values are: 
-1 complaint for spam, disrespect of business contract, file that does not represent the person. 
A message is added to explain what. Once this person and his trustees (2) know it and did not 
give a satisfying response, this message is made accessible as related to the email of the 
person which corresponds to the reason of the complaint. His other emails also receive a -1 
without explanation (to not make relation between mails).
Updated every week or so (with a delay).

1 the file truthfully represents the person. In this case, each modification of the file requires 
confirmation for this evaluation to remain valid.

2 (stronger than 1) recognizes this person to be honest (known in real life outside Internet), 
thus says one trusts his evaluations and file.


Computation of the ordered set quotient of the preordered set of members defined by the transitive 
relation generated by 2, and its +/- relation with files.

Publish a subset of it (classes of members large enough or who decide to).


The search engine

is independant of the site of the members (does not require login).
Answers by a list of forms with their main photos (with img src pointing to the image 
locations in the respective sites) and emails as members of these sites.

Local meetings

To facilitate the development of this network, there would be a forum to organize meetings at a 
local level for people interested to participate. If there is not one in your town, just decide to create 
one by posting there the proposition of a meeting somewhere (in some public place like a bar for example), 
and also publishing this information in some local media.

At this meeting, you get to know each other and take addresses.
The group will not be "owned" by anyone for profit, so there may be several people that collect the 
addresses of everybody, to be more sure.

There also may be several groups instead of one, if there are fundamental differences between people 
(like religious orientation or the ones not trusting the others).
You also discuss to know whether someone already has a site where the site of the group can be added.
